Water Penguins have reopened with a new site and a chat upgrade. But to get on focus, we shall talk about Water Penguin’s reopening. WP has opened on 5/15/2013 , our sizes have grown. In the past five days, we have reached about 5 or 4 troops. It may sound little but we are still reaching for the sky.

Water Penguins have new graphics now and a new website. Our website is all new and updated. This is not a major topic but we still want to talk about how we have gotten advanced. Water Penguins had an event today. We will have pictures of out training at the bottom. Anyways, lets have a interview with our leader, Walid.

Walid: Yes, we did and it went well.

The Federation, or as I like to call them “the feds”  have earned this weeks army of the week. They are being lead by Kingfunks and Shadow, which looks like they are doing good with the army. They have been getting whopping sizes of 15+ and with all their divisions together they can get a good size of 10+.

This event in the picture was at an early morning UK event with US following and they clearly put on a show. The tactics were not the greatest, but they still did pretty good. This was their opening event( I believe) and it got them 13th on CPAC’s Top 10 and 3rd in SMAC’s Top 10. In my opinion they need to have a quicker response in logging on for events as I saw that when I was at one of their events.

The Feds also have some other division after US and UK, the other division is an Aus-Asian division, which is a big factor when invading another army without one. They had one event with all the divisions put into one, which was pretty difficult because it was supposed to be mainly a UK event that turned into all the divisions.

This picture of them took place at the event with mainly all the divisions, which went pretty successful besides being the size was not the greatest, but the tactics were great. This was their pre-opening event, which went good for them. The leaders were planning to have an unscheduled event soon because of their recent chat size with 16 on chat as leaders say. The Feds have some sort of points system, which is probably to use to promote troops like when armies did medals or whatever they wanted the awards to be. The Feds are taking it easy right now by just having some events here and there, so they are probably going to do some more building and keep it up until they are ready for a war or practice battle. The Feds are hoping to see a sky rocket boost them up into the CPAC Top 10 more.

Well, that ends yet again another army of the week. Comment your opinions or comment your comments! The Federation have a pretty good chance in reaching the top 5 in CPAC, but they have to wait a while.

The Pirates of Club Penguin declare war on Doritos claiming that Dorito’s leader, Mustapha, insults them. Pirates say that this is a full-scale war and seem to be very confident. Two very good armies will now clash in constant battles.

Pirates, who have a very strong UK force, have declared war on Doritos of Club Penguin. Doritos are also a very strong army, which will make this war very interesting. Pirates, who’s sizes often vary from 10 to 20, have chosen an opponent in war, Doritos, who are similar. They claim the Doritos leader, Mustapha, insults them and this is his punishment. Is this really a good reason to declare war? Whatever it is, this war looks very promising for the Pirates. Although Doritos are currently beating them in the war, Pirates ensure us that they win. A big problem with Pirates is that troops often lose interest. They have recently been falling, but quickly got back on their feet and rose to CPAC. Whereas Doritos have fallen to SMAC. They have near-perfect tactics in this battle, and maxed 21. However, this is what their sizes looked like during the current war:

Their sizes and quality of tactics has definitely fallen. But they have a plan that might just win them this war. As I said earlier, their troops lose interest. But in an interview with Pirates leader, Dom, he said “this war is a spark for us, helping us gain new recruits and helping troops gain interest.” Dom clearly feels that this war will benefit the army. When asked about recent sizes, Dom said “they’ve been impressive, hopefully we can rise more.” Dom also commented on their UK force, “we will win as we have a very strong UK force.” He promises to use this to his advantage and severely damage Doritos. Dom is clearly confident, and his plan to gain the interest of troops looks like it will not fail. Although Pirates may have taken a slight fall in this war, having lots of events nearly guarantees a rise of interest, and a rise in sizes. But lets take a look at Doritos. Doritos have been getting sizes of 8 before the war. But have shown an amazing rise in the war.

It seems that Doritos are likely to win this war. But if you look closely and consider the details, Pirates also have a fighting chance, especially later on in the war.

This war is certainly going to be very interesting, and many surprises are in store for us all. In my opinion, Doritos will continue with their current sizes but Pirates will rise to Dorito’s level as the war progresses. But tell us what you think! Be sure to take part in our poll below!

1T. Doritos: DCP ties for 1st in SMAC this week, having never been in SMAC before. DCP didn’t get in CPAC because they didn’t have any events until today. Today they defended their server Summit, in which they maxed 30+, averaging 25+ on CP! DCP is currently in a war with CPPA, and it looks like they will win no doubt. DCP currently will be invading two servers of CPPA, and defending five of their servers Great job guys!

1T. Fire Warriors: FW didn’t make CPAC this week, maxing 20+ on CP, averaging 16-18+ at one event. FW did great at an unscheduled training on Belly Slide with great sizes and tactics. FW is currently in a war with DW, and will resume war with SWAT when they come back. FW have no events scheduled for this week.

3. Club Penguin Federation: FCP is a new army who was recently created by ACP Legend, Funks. FCP did great for their opening week, averaging 10-13+ at their first two events, maxing 16+ at one of them. FCP has scheduled a Federation opening party for tomorrow. Other than that, FCP has no events scheduled for this week.

4. Chaos: After making 7th in CPAC last week, the Chaos are back in SMAC getting the regular sizes they used to get before they made CPAC. Chaos did pretty good this week, getting around 8-9+ on CP. Chaos of scheduled 3 US trainings a US Recruiting Session and a US+UK Recruiting Session.

5. Pretzels: PCP is back in SMAC, after a long await to come back. PCP did good this week, maxing 10+, and averaging 8+ at their first event back. That would be the only event they had this week. PCP has scheduled two US Training Sessions, a UK Training Session, and a PB with an army that hasn’t been decided yet.

6. Global Defenders: Surprisingly, GD was the only of the 2 armies that wasnt new to this week’s Top 10. GD drops 3 spots this week, after winning a PB against Chaos in which they maxed 10+ in, averaging around 8+ on CP. GD currently has a training session, a PB with an army that has not been decided yet, a PB with IW, and a PB with the Club Penguin Federation scheduled for this week. Good luck guys!

7T. Green Penguins: The Green Penguins are a brand new army who have just been created by Summit. GP has only one event, in which they maxed 7+ in, averaging 6-7+ throughout the whole event. GP has a Tourney and the cleansing of Ascent, Cozy, and Ice shelf all coming up for this week.

7T. Frost Squad: FS is the other army who stayed in this week’s Top 10. FS stays and ties for 7th this week, having a training on Chinook, maxing 7+, averaging around 6+ on CP. FS will be invading the Purple Dragon Masters’ servers, Snow Day and Bigfoot. FS is also looking to PB someone after the invasions.

9. Sky Republic: The Sky Republic is back in this week’s Top 10, after having one event maxing 6+, averaging 6+ the whole event. SR successfully invaded Sled, and have no events scheduled for this week.

10. Storm Warriors: SW is back in this week’s Top 10, having a lot of events this past week, maxing 6+ at only one of them. SW is currently going through some changes in the army, and have a training session, U-Lead session, recruiting session, and a PB with the Rangers of Yeti coming up for this week.

I have been thinking, it is very hard to keep track of SMAC Armies’ Servers these days. So I am going to keep track of the Servers Page.

Your SMAC army must be following these conditions below to be considered an “Army”:

There are certain aspects of government which cannot truly exist in CP Warfare. Communism, for example, is one of them.

a theory or system of social organization based on the holdingof all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state.

According to this definition of Communism, there cannot possibly be a truly Communist army in Club Penguin Warfare. There is no property in CP Warfare, except maybe xats. However, an army which decides to charge an xat tax is going to be out of business pretty quickly. An army that decides to charge an xat tax and redistribute the xats equally across the army is going to be out of business even faster, with the exception of those without any xats. However, once those with xats leave the army, there will be no xats to distribute, and those who had been getting the xats will leave, as they no longer are being paid for being in the army. Communism is more of a system of economic organization, rather than political organization, and thus cannot exist in CP Warfare, which only has a very basic, non-taxable economy.

On the other hand, it is possible to have a truly democratic system of government in CP Warfare.

Democracy can be easily used by CP Warfare, so long as it is simplified and modified for practicality. In an army of 15 people, it is completely impractical to divide into parties and elect representatives. if you elected even just 5 representatives, that would be a third of the army. Instead of a representative system, armies should use a direct democracy, in which troops directly meet in an Assembly and vote on laws, propositions, etc. Additionally, the troops directly elect a President every so often, who, during his term, rules more or less as an autocrat. However, come election season, the troops have the opportunity to boot him/her out of office. This simplified version of democracy is ideal for CP Warfare because it combines democracy with practicality and simplicity. CP Armies do not have the time or troops to create a complex, representational democracy. Instead, a simplified, practical democracy is ideal.

One may argue, “if the President rules as an autocrat, can he not simply decide to skip elections and remain as the ruler of the army?” Ideally, he should not be able to. A strong, functioning democracy is backed by a constitution and a judiciary system. The constitution should contain all the rules and protocols for the running of the election and the court needs to have the power to check the elected autocrat. However, the most important part of a democratic system is the backing of the electorate. If the troops believe in democracy, democracy is sure to be maintained and used. Without the backing of the troops, a democratic system cannot be maintained and used.

Additionally, government, for those who are interested in it, is fun. Supposedly, the point of CP Warfare is fun. If government makes it fun, why not incorporate it. It seems silly to be so binary and focused simply on event sizes. That’s not fun, at least to many people. Personally, I am a stalwart supporter of government in CP Warfare, not because it makes for such good sizes, is the “right” thing to do or makes the army powerful, but rather because it is fun. What do we fight for, if not for fun?

The Federation, an army with no acronym, was originally forged together back in 2009.  Created by Andrewf2, the army stayed as a small army for it’s short lived life.  At times the army would pull in a somewhat known soldier, like Kj Bulldogs1: a man who was an early reporter at Club Penguin Army Central and part of it’s dream team.  Otherwise the army never really went anywhere.

Fast forwarding it to present day, we see already bigger sizes than it’s previous generation and, possibly, a more determined leader.  Kingfunks4, who was recently awarded twentieth most influential person in armies, has put together the entire site himself.  The Federation, who open officially on May 25, 2013, have already logged on for a pre-opening event: marketing at it’s finest.  Kingfunks4 was hopeful for his army, but at the same time, making sure not to jinx their upcoming success.  Here is what he had to say about their successful event,

I hope this is just the stepping stone for a good start to this army. We haven’t even had an overall weekend event. There is so much potential in this army and I need everyone to see it.  This army can challenge for the top and I now we will.

As for now, Kingfunks4 will continue to put out a good name for the Federation until the opening.  His goals consist of getting in the top five at CPAC, invading a major army, and having a nation of around twenty servers.  Typically that sounds like a list hard for even the current major armies.  The big question I have is, how long does Kingfunks4 plan on leading this army?

After his controversial leave at ACP, retiring due to a fake coup plan, Nacho pressure, and dislike from his own army, he quickly got back up on his feet, dusted himself off, and tried again.  (If I may use the word) ditching the army that gave him a name in the community, he proudly wore the “Federation” name on his xat profile.  On one of the chat pictures posted, nine out of the thirteen soldiers are in ACP. Kingfunks4, Laitha38, Max43810, and Waterkid100 being the only non-ACP.  In the past many ACP owners have tried making armies, only to be cut short and flamed for the army being made up of only ACP soldiers.  Could we see this happening again with the Federation?

Green Penguins are the latest threat in CP warfare maxing 7 in their first event, and the first event was on the day they were created.

As you can see above they have a perfect line.

They almost have a perfect ET tactic.

Summit is currently trying to find ways to keep GP alive, such as tournaments ect.

Join Green Penguins

Due to Green Penguins are a new army they haven’t had a lot of time to do their pages. They have made the pages but haven’t posted anything on them, which could cause confusion. This could also make people think they don’t have a rank in the army so that would make them quit. Also Green Penguins have failed to provide many post’s with events on their site, which could cause inactive troops. That could also lead to an inactive army!

In my opinion of GP, I would say they will rise to about 3rd in SMAC, Getting the odd 1st or 2nd place every now and then, but after that they will go down the top ten. The reason would be too many leaders leaving, GP have 4 leaders, which in my eyes is too much. Well that is not my decision. What do you think will happen to Green Penguins?

Hello SMAC, well both armies, Global Defenders and Chaos had a recent practice battle that took place on the server, Outback. The Chaos got sizes of  7, but 3-4 actually being real troops of Chaos, now Global Defenders had 8 the most of the event.

The Chaos were really not on their game at the event, definitely only having actually 3-4 real troops and the rest being rouges. This does not seem like the Chaos a couple a days ago. Anyways, it is not like a lot of armies have 4 rouges here and there at events and Chaos still did get pretty close to GD. The leaders are probably going to be starting  recruiting events again because many troops were not online at the time. As you can see in picture the rouges did pretty good following tactics, besides 2 rouges, but it was not all that bad. As of right now, Chaos has only 2 leaders that being Micro and Huskers who are pretty active in the army. The owner ranks seem to be doing ok and the rest of the army too, all they need is some more activeness from member side of the army. A lot of the leaders have been stepping down actually to get some more training to see if they are ready enough to become a leader. They currently are holding a recruiting contest throughout  until May 20th.

The Chaos seem to be back because they got 18+ and were placed 7th in CPAC’s Top 10. The Chaos have been inconsistent  during their last time they got these sizes. It looks like Chaos never changed at all. The Chaos are not going to be looking for the CPAC Top 10 this week.

GD with 8

The Global Defenders were pretty good throughout the practice battle starting off with 7 and maxing a solid 8 through the majority of the event. They thought the event went great for them with a good size. The GD have been having many practice battles, so I think they might be heading somewhere.

The Global Defenders have been doing great lately with them being consistent most of the time. Their next practice battle will be against the returning army, Pretzels who seem pretty good and look to be competitive against GD.

Well, this was a pretty close practice battle for both armies, even though Chaos had rouges for the event, but they still managed to do good, GD also managed to do good with averaging the same size throughout the event.
